I Have A Memory....

This is fun! My sister Marji had this on her blog
Here are the directions:
1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty cool (and funny) to see the responses.
If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. :)

I remember one time at Youth Conference when you rode to the Kings with your head out the sunroof, and another time at the Robinson's when Isaiah braided your hair and then tried to take it out from the top instead of the bottom. Hahaha, awe, good times. Wow we were young.

I remember doing your make up at a sleepover (probably at Crystal's). You ended up looking like Cleopatra! I am still bad with makeup!
I also remember visiting you, Ranie, and Margie at your apartment that summer you did Polar Ice in NLR or Jacksonville...I thought you girls were so lucky and cool to have your own place!

I don't remember that about the hair, but that would be funny.
Yes, I am still terrified of spiders...everyone is amused by my reaction and unfortunately, my bros-in-law take it as a cue to throw as many in my direction as possible! Lamb boys never grow up!

I remember Brett and me going to the lake with ya'll, the Goodworths, the Dixons, the Jones', and Mike & Monica. I don't know when exactly we were introduced, but it's one of my very first memories of you. What I remember most about it is you being so perfectly beautiful in a trendy swimsuit with an awesome even tan. I was so envious because you looked so pretty even though you were wearing no make-up. You reminded me of a movie star. :)

I remember all those times that Jen and I came and stayed with you in Little Rock. I had a lot of fun hanging out with you and getting to know you better.

So many memories...it's hard to choose just one. I guess the one I thought of first is when the big red neck truck ran us off the road after we crossed the bridge & we went flying down the hill. It was only the angels that kept us from rolling over. Then having to walk home in our cute outfits and sandals and having some teenagers throw a beer can at us. Finally the "cussing" ladies picked us up and gave us a ride home. Then Karen calling us & being mad that we weren't at work! That last summer before I got married was crazy but fun!

I remember the gossip fest while getting our hair cut at Tonya's apartment....also, the wonderful cheesecake you made for my sweet hubby when he worked on your vehicle or your house...not sure which it was.

I remember the time you were driving Me, JP, and Clare home from a dance and we started fighting and you told me you were going to pull the car over and ware me out!! Being 14 I just laughed at you which made you more mad so you reached back and stole my Honey Bun! It was on after that! :) We had some pretty good fights!
Also remember those Bridesmaid dresses you made us wear that exposed half our breasts(which I'm usually not opposed to:)but it was the tightest most uncomfortable dress ever!!

I hated those dresses! That reception should have been a sign, dead goldfish, circulation cutting off bridesmaid dresses, broken cake topper, dad getting pulled over for drugs...I could go on. When we got into the car we all took off our dresses & rode home in our slips so we could breathe!

I remember riding in the car with you one time. It was kinda late, and I remember thinking you were going to drive us right off the bridge. I got home and told my parents I never wanted to ride in the car with you again!

I'm sure you've improved since then, though :)

One of my memories of you is when I was sitting in that bucket (I don't know why!!) and you came over and pushed me over and I got a black eye. So sweet!

I was in Hot Springs with Kristi and Eryn. I think we were going to the lake for a YSA activity, and we stopped by your house. Me, Marj and you spent some time playing basketball. It's pretty hazy, but that was about 10 years ago :-)
